BLINN OFFERING NO COMMENT ON INJURIES SUFFERED BY HENSLEY OVERSEAS

  

Blinn College officials are not commenting on injuries sustained by Chancellor Dr. Mary Hensley overseas.

It was brought up at Tuesday’s board meeting that Dr. Hensley fell and broke her shoulder during a trip to New Zealand over the Christmas break.  Due to her injury, she has been unable to fly back to the United States.

At the meeting, it was mentioned that Dr. Hensley should be back by next week.  However, when speaking with Blinn’s Communications Director Richard Bray, he stated there was “no timetable” for her return, and declined to provide additional information.
