BRENHAM ELEMENTARY FITNESS WALK WEDNESDAY AT CUB STADIUM

  

Brenham ISD elementary students will set off on a special fitness walk this (Wednesday) afternoon.

The 2019 Brenham Elementary Fitness Walk is being held today from 4 to 6 p.m. on the Cub Stadium track.  The walk is a family-friendly event designed to help students realize the importance of daily exercise.

Students will walk around the track with a parent or guardian, while Brenham High School student athletes encourage them on.  The Brenham Fire Department will be on hand with a fire truck that students can explore.

Elementary walkers who complete four laps around the track will receive a medal and Blue Bell Ice Cream.  All walkers will also receive credit for their elementary campus, whether it be Brenham Elementary, Alton Elementary, Krause Elementary, or the Early Childhood Learning Center.
