BNSF TO CLOSE CROSSINGS AT 1ST STREET, WEST ACADEMY STREET IN BRENHAM THURSDAY
Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway will continue railroad crossing work in Brenham tomorrow (Thursday) at a pair of crossings.
The crossing on 1st Street will be closed, along with the crossing at West Academy Street under the overpass. Officials are closing the crossing at the overpass to ensure that any falling debris will not hit vehicles below.
Each crossing will be closed for several hours, with the closure at Academy expected to end around 11 a.m.
