(Brazos Co. Jail)

24-year-old Jon Hunter Jervis was indicted for Manufacture or Delivery of a Controlled Substance and two counts of Credit Card Abuse against an Elderly Person.

Jervis was arrested June 5th outside a Bryan motel, where police found him asleep in a car.  He was found with a knife in the driver’s seat, syringes, plastic bags, and over six grams of methamphetamine.  He was also accused of having credit cards and IDs that did not belong to him.

Later in June, Jervis was charged with Capital Murder by Terroristic Threat on a warrant out of San Marcos.  Jervis, along with 25-year-old Lapear O’Neal Willrich of Giddings and 21-year-old Chelsy Alyce Mistretta of Bryan, face capital murder charges in that case.

Jervis is currently being held on $80,000 bond, and awaits his extradition to the Hays County Jail from Brazos County.
