FINAL MULTI-COUNTY LANDOWNER PROGRAM OF 2019 IN COLUMBUS NOVEMBER 15TH

  

The eighth and final program this year in the Multi-County New Landowner Education series will be held November 15th in Columbus.

The program will be held from 1:30 to 5 p.m. at the Colorado County Fairgrounds H.E. Building, at 1146 Crossroads Boulevard.

November’s topic will cover managing pests in the country.  Wildlife Damage Management Biologist T.J. Muir will focus on pests such as possums, raccoons, squirrels, coyotes, and feral hogs.  Methods to identify, control and prevent pests and pest damage will be discussed.

Registration begins at 1 p.m., and costs $20 per person.  Two Continuing Education Units (CEU’s) will be available for licensed private pesticide applicators.
