TWO WOUNDED IN CHRISTMAS EVE SHOOTING IN NAVASOTA
Two people have been wounded in a Christmas Eve shooting in Navasota.
Authorities were called out around 8:00 last (Tuesday) night to the 700 block of Doris Street, just west of downtown Navasota.
Officers have identified the suspect in the shooting, but did not have anyone in custody as of last night. They do not believe the public is in any danger.
According to Navasota police, the two victims have non-life-threatening injuries and were taken to a nearby hospital.
