ROAD WORK UNDERWAY ON HOHENWALDE SCHOOL ROAD THROUGH FRIDAY

  

The Washington County Road and Bridge Department is in the middle of week-long road repairs on Hohenwalde School Road.

From today (Monday) through Friday, the department will be performing road work on Hohenwalde School Road between Highway 290 and Old Mill Creek Road, east of Burton.  County Engineer Ross McCall said crews are rehabilitating this section of road in advance of a chip seal later this summer.

Crews will be on scene each day between 7:30 a.m. and 3 p.m.

Drivers should expect delays and choose an alternate route if possible.
