WASHINGTON MAN INDICTED ON SIX CHARGES IN LATES GRAND JURY
A Washington County man has been indicted on six charges in the latest edition of the 21st District Grand Jury.

59-year old Clarence Williams, Jr. of Old Washington, was arrested in June on charges of Burglary of Habitation with Intent of Other Felony—Habitual Felon and Evading Arrest with a Previous Conviction.
He was then arrested on July 13th on four charges: Burglary of Habitation Intend Other Felony-Habitual Felon; Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon; Assault Family Violence—with a Previous Conviction; and, Assault of a Family Member Impede Breath/Circulation, with Previous Conviction.
Among others indicted:
27-year old Kaylynn Ann Bardwell of Texas City on charges of Endangering a Child and Possession of a Controlled Substance in a Drug Free Zone.
24-year old Colby Alan Barham of Washington, Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.
57-year old Larry Coleman of Brenham, Theft Property—Less than $2500, with two or More Previous Convictions.
31-year old Sara Ann Freeman of Houston, Driving While Intoxicated—Third or More Offense.
19-year old Brett Anthony Gober of Brenham, Burglary of Building.
42-year old Arlyn Christopher Maxie of Brenham, Endanger a Child.
59-year old Harold Clay Mulanax of Brenham, Tamper with Physical Evidence-Repeat Felony Offender.
22-year old Presley Ann Warren of Hempstead, Driving While Intoxicated with Child Passenger.
33-year old Garred Kyle Watkins of Brenham, Possession of Marijuana Between 4 oz – 5 lbs.
20-year old Roony Wyatt Woodard of Crosby, Possession Controlled Substance.
Indicted by previous grand juries but just recently arrested are:
39-year old Sperry Demack Nichols Laster, of Washington, for Assault Family Member Impede Breath/Circulation; Assault Family Violence with a Previous Conviction; and Injury to a Child.
And, 42-year old Willie Poldo of Navasota, Aggravated Robbery.
