SENIOR CENTER RESALE SHOP CLOSED INDEFINITELY DUE TO COVID-19
The Margaret E. Blizzard Senior Center has closed its resale shop until further notice due to COVID-19 cases.
This (Monday) morning, Washington County Healthy Living Association (WCHLA) Executive Director Toy Kurtz announced the indefinite closure of Forever Young Resale Shop. Supporters of the resale shop are asked to stop donating merchandise to the shop until further notice.
Proceeds from the shop are used to help the WCHLA pay for homebound senior’s lunch deliveries.
The WCHLA says as soon as it feels it is safe for volunteers, the shop will reopen and donations will be accepted.
