THREE BRENHAM ISD STUDENTS ADVANCE TO NATIONAL THEATRE COMPETITION

  

Three Brenham ISD Theatre students have advanced to the national round of competition.

After competing against other Thespians and performers from around the state at the Texas International Thespian Society Festival, Brenham High School seniors Sydney Ross, Krystal Elliston, and Annie Clepper are now preparing to compete in the Virtual International Thespian Festival, scheduled for June 22-25.

Ross and Elliston will be competing in the solo musical category, while Clepper will compete in solo acting.

Brenham High School Theatre Director Laura Jordan said she is incredibly proud of the three students, adding that while there have been many challenges along the way, they were still able to “rise to the top.”
