On the agenda is the election of a chairperson and vice chairperson for 2022, along with the potential approval of holding quarterly board meetings.  The board will also review the interlocal tourism agreement and board by-laws and policies.

Board members will then consider committee appointments and hear a quarterly report from the Visit Brenham Destination Marketing Organization (DMO) in work session.

The board was organized in 2021 to replace the Hotel Occupancy Tax Board.  Its responsibility is to advise and support the DMO and advocate for the continued development of tourism and cultural assets.

The board will meet Thursday at 9 a.m. in Morriss Hall at The Barnhill Center.
