LEE COUNTY LITTLE LEAGUE APPROVED FOR RENOVATION WORK
The Lee County Little League is going to get some much needed renovation work at Veteran's Park in Giddings.
The Little League put in a request for $20,000 in funds from the Giddings Economic Development Corporation.
Their request was approved by the Giddings City Council and the Lee County Commissioners Court at their recent meetings.
The funds will be used to restore the T-Ball/Coach Pitch field, and also make it able to be used for machine pitch softball as well. The work is expected to begin in February.
