SEVEN INDICTED BY AUSTIN CO. GRAND JURY
Seven people were indicted last week by the Austin County Grand Jury.
33-year-old Jeremy Wayne Lieder, indicted for Burglary of a Building, alleged offense occurring February 28, 2019.
56-year-old Christopher Sherman Harris, charged with Theft of Property between $2,500 and $30,000, from April 5, 2018.
23-year-old Kathleen Irene Brown, 40-year-old Michelle Suzanne Griffin, 27-year-old Jennifer Vanessa Reyes, Joshua David Smothers (age not listed in grand jury report) and 31-year-old Benjamin Werry, all for Possession of a Controlled Substance.
