“BROUGHT THE HEAT” CHILI COOK-OFF RESULTS

  

Contestants from the surrounding area gathered in Chappell Hill recently as the Nicholson Lake Road RV Park hosted their first annual “Brought the Heat” Chili Cook-Off.

In the Bloody Mary Category, the winner was Country Boys Cookin’.

For Chef’s Choice, the Over the Hill Cookers took home first place.

Meanwhile, first place for Best Chili went to the Country Tyme Cookers, and second place went to Me & My Big Ol’ Team.

For Best Beans, the winning team was the Over the Hill Cookers, while second place went to Guilty Chili.

The Nicholson Lake Road RV Park is a peaceful, family oriented, secluded getaway for locals and visitors.

The “Brought the Heat” Chili Cookers is one of many events the RV Park holds throughout the year in an effort to bring the community together.
