COMMUNITY CORNER TO DISCUSS MAIFEST, BRENHAM ISD HISPANIC CULTURE NIGHT
Brenham Maifest activities and a Brenham ISD community event will be this week’s topics on the KWHI Community Corner.
Maifest Association President Catherine Kenjura will talk tomorrow (Tuesday) morning about the 133rd Maifest, which begins with the kick-off picnic on Wednesday, May 3rd at Fireman’s Park.
Also a part of Maifest is the Bierverkostung beer tasting, and Amanda Teague and Candice Garner of the Zythological Society of North America will be on hand to preview the occasion.
Brenham ISD Communications Coordinator Brooke Trahan will visit regarding the school district’s Hispanic Culture Night on Thursday at Krause Elementary School.
