The Brenham Planning and Zoning Commission unanimously approved a set of consent agenda requests for preliminary and final plats during a routine meeting on Monday.
The first two requests came from Salana Holdings, LLC for 1 acre of land addressed as 2950 Highway 36 South, presently developed with a car wash.
The other requests were from Tru-Vision Plastics for 10.9 acres of land south of West Blue Bell Road, east of Rink Street and west of the BNSF railroad tracks. The land is developed with a commercial building.
Both sets of preliminary and final plats were needed in order to allow further development at each site.
