WASHINGTON COUNTY GRAND JURY RETURNS 24 INDICTMENTS

  

The Washington County Grand Jury met this week and returned 24 indictments.

Lisa Michelle Grebe, 57 of Brenham, was indicted for Credit or Debit Card Abuse.  Grebe had previously worked in the Washington County treasurer’s office, and is no longer a county employee.  She is accused of using a Washington County Credit Card, and without permission, conducting multiple purchases from a local business as well as in another Texas city.

Jayron Jahium Andrews, 20 of Brenham, was indicted for Aggravated Assault Causing Serious Bodily Injury with a Deadly Weapon.

Ashton Alexander Burns, 20 of Brenham, was indicted for Credit or Debit Card Abuse.

Richard William Clutter, 44 of Brenham, was indicted for Driving While Intoxicated, 3rd or More Offences.

Terance James Farrell, Jr., 42 of Brenham, was indicted for Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon.

Cedric James, 50 of Huntsville, was indicted for Assault of Causing Intentional or Reckless Breath or Circulation with a Previous Conviction and Injury to the Elderly.

Dylon Coy Serialle, 19 of Brenham, was indicted for Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon.

Xavier Kion Simms, 20 of Houston, was indicted for Unlawful Caring of a Weapon in a Prohibited Place.

11 people were indicted for Possession of a Controlled Substance.  They are: Charles Edward Bartley, 32 of Brenham, Davon Jason Cloud, 33 of Bellville, Tyrone Trent Crear, 34 of Killeen, Brian Charly Cuevas, 24 of Brenham, Carlos Rafael Martinez Herrera, 27 of Houston, Carole Paula Jackson, 60 of Brenham, Lamonta Charmene Kesee, 41 of Chappell Hill, Darrell Perkins, 22 of Cedar Hill, Texas, Naomi Allison Villarreal, 22 of Brenham, Demarcus Dewan Cedric Washington, 20 of Houston, and Welton Washington, 32 of Austin.

The following person was previously indicted by the Washington County Grand Jury and have since been arrested so their name can now be released.

Gregory Paul Garcia, 23 of Brenham, was indicted for Violation of a Protective Order, with 2 or more Previous Convictions.
