BRENHAM PREGNANCY CENTER, BRENHAM MOMS HOST COMMUNITY BABY SHOWER
A group of local mothers recently partnered with a nonprofit organization to hold a community baby shower for mothers in need in Brenham.

The Brenham Moms Facebook group teamed up with the Brenham Pregnancy Center to host the event at St. Peter’s Episcopal Church on October 7th.
Over 30 mothers and mothers-to-be were provided with a variety of baby essentials, including gently-used and new baby items, diapers and wipes.
The items were collected by members of Brenham Moms and contributed by Brenham Pregnancy Center courtesy of a donation from Citizens State Bank. Items were also given by Gather ‘N Grace, St. Peter’s Episcopal Church and Graham Lodge #20, who collected them during community drives.
Local families, bakeries and organizations provided food, refreshments, door prizes and community resources.
Organizers say they hope to make this an annual event to continue making a difference in the lives of local mothers.
