HALLOWEEN ACTIVITIES THIS WEEKEND IN, AROUND WASHINGTON CO.

  

Halloween festivities will be in full swing this weekend in Washington County and surrounding areas.

Here are some of the events happening in the region:

FRIDAY

  • Christ Lutheran Day School in Brenham will hold its Fall Family Festival from 6 to 9 p.m.
  • The Lee County Sheriff’s Office will have a Trunk or Treat from 6:30 to 9 p.m.
  • Kreische Brewery and Monument Hill State Historic Sites in La Grange will host Spooky Stories at 7 p.m.
  • A Harvest Carnival will be held at St. John’s Catholic Church Hall and Pavilion in Fayetteville from 4:30 to 8 p.m.
  • First Presbyterian Church of Navasota will have a Pumpkin Patch open from 2 to 6 p.m. Friday through Tuesday.

SATURDAY

  • The shops of downtown Bellville will be open for a Small Town Halloween Trick or Treat from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
  • Downtown Brenham businesses will participate in Mask-erade on Main from 2 to 5 p.m.
  • Brazos Valley Schools Credit Union’s location in Brenham will have a Trunk or Treat from 1 to 3 p.m.
  • High Hope Care Center of Brenham’s Fall Festival will take place at The Yard from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Brenham Church of Christ will hold a Fall Festival from 6 to 8 p.m.
  • The Trick or Treat Trail in downtown Burton will run from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
  • Scare on the Square in downtown Caldwell will be held from 5 to 7 p.m.  The Caldwell Pavilion will also have a Haunted House hosted by 2024 Project Graduation.
  • The West End Elementary PTO will hold its 50th Annual Harvest Festival at Industry Firemen’s Hall at 5 p.m.
  • Soul Café Church of Ledbetter will have a Fall Festival and Trunk or Treat from 4 to 7 p.m.
  • Round Top-Carmine Elementary School’s Fall Festival will be from 4 to 7 p.m.
  • Harmonie Hall in Shelby will have a Halloween Dance from 8 p.m. to midnight.
  • Millheim Hall near Bellville will host a Halloween Party from 7 to 11 p.m.

SUNDAY

  • St. Paul’s Christian Day School in Brenham will have a Trunk or Treat in the parking lot from 4 to 6 p.m.
  • Trick or Treat on Main Street in Chappell Hill will run from 1 to 4 p.m.
  • The Snook PTO will host a Trunk or Treat at the Snook school’s parking lot from 5 to 7 p.m.

MONDAY

  • A Family Dinner and Kids Costume Contest will be held at Fireman’s Park in Brenham from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
  • West End Baptist Church in Industry will host Fall’s a Ball from 5 to 8 p.m.

TUESDAY

  • The Boys & Girls Club of Austin County will offer a Trunk or Treat from 7 to 9 p.m.
  • The City of Brenham and Boys & Girls Club of Washington County will hold the Brenham Boo Bash beginning at 6 p.m. in the Boys & Girls Club parking lot.
  • SheaRob’s Bar and Patio in Brenham will host Trunks and Treats starting at 6 p.m.
  • Brenham Bible Church will host Light the Night from 6 to 8 p.m.
  • Christy Schlottmann Farmers Insurance’s 5th Annual Trick or Treat Drive-thru will be from 5 to 7 p.m.
  • First Christian Church in Brenham will offer a Trunk or Treat from 5:30 to 8 p.m.
  • Nathan’s BBQ in Brenham will have a Halloween Party from 5 to 7 p.m.
  • First Baptist Church of Chappell Hill will host a Family Fall Festival Trunk or Treat from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
  • Buck Up Barnyard will be hosted by the Carmine Volunteer Fire Department from 5 to 8 p.m.
  • Immanuel Lutheran Church of Giddings will have a Trunk or Treat from 6 to 8 p.m.
  • The Independence town square will be the site of the Prairie Hill Volunteer Fire Department’s Fright Night from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
  • Trick or Treat on the Square in La Grange will be from 4 to 6 p.m.
  • Navasota will host Treats on the Streets from 6 to 8:30 p.m.
  • Downtown Sealy will have a Boo Bash from 5 to 8 p.m.
  • Somerville Youth Sports will host a Trunk or Treat in the Somerville High School Band Hall parking lot from 6 to 9 p.m.
  • The Wallis City Hall Complex will have a Trunk or Treat from 6 to 8 p.m.

Also, KWHI will be holding its own on-the-radio Halloween Party on Tuesday, beginning at 7 p.m.  Dozens of prizes will be given away as special spooky guest DJs call area families.
