HOUSTON MAN ARRESTED ON DRUG CHARGES

  

A Houston man was arrested early Thursday morning on Drug Charges.

Brenham Police report that early Thursday at 1:50, Officer Garrett Downs conducted a traffic stop at the 1700 block of Highway 290 West. Upon further investigation, it was found that the back seat passenger, identified as Luis Enrique Gomez Jaimes, 25 of Houston, was in possession of a controlled substance. Jaimes was taken into custody and transported to the Washington County jail where he was booked in for Possession of a Controlled Substance.
