JUST SHY OF 3,000 EARLY VOTERS THROUGH SEVEN DAYS

  

Early voting continues at a fast pace for the March 5th primary election.

According to Washington County Elections Administrator Carol Jackson, 453 Republicans and 39 Democrats cast ballots on Monday, for a total of 492 people.

That brings the overall tally through seven days of early voting to 2,995 participants, made up of 2,768 Republicans and 227 Democrats.

The Washington County Courthouse Annex remains open for early voting through this Friday, with hours of 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. each day.
