VICTIM IDENTIFIED IN LEE CO. HOMICIDE INVESTIGATION

  

The Lee County Sheriff’s Office has identified the victim in a case being investigated as a homicide. 

The body of 36-year-old Carlos Ramone Greene was found last Tuesday on a residential property in the 1100 block of County Road 123, between Ledbetter and Dime Box.  Greene’s body was discovered with apparent gunshot wounds.

Investigators said Greene, whose driver’s license listed a College Station address as his home, was known to frequent the area where his body was recovered.

Investigation is ongoing to identify the suspect or suspects responsible for Greene’s death.
