POLICE INVESTIGATING A STOLEN PLAYSTATION

  

The Brenham Police Department is investigating the theft of a video game console from a home.

They report that Thursday morning at 9:45, Officers responded to a reported theft in the 1900 block of Northview Circle Drive. Initial investigation revealed an unknown person entered a residence sometime between 12:10 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday and stole a Play Station without the owner’s consent.

At the same time, Sgt. Jose Perez was dispatched to the Washington County Jail reference to an inmate showing to have two active warrants out of the City of Brenham Municipal Court. The warrants; Possession of Tobacco by Minor and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, were served on Kaliah Coleman, 19 of Houston.

Then Thursday evening at 9:20, Officer Stephen Mosley conducted a traffic stop at the 2600 block of Highway 290 West. The driver, Richard Rittenhouse, 68 of Pflugerville, was found to be in possession of marijuana. Rittenhouse was taken into custody for Possession of Marijuana less than 2 Oz, and transported to the Washington County Jail.
