LADY PANTHERS SPLIT MATCHES ON THEIR FIRST DAY OF THE SEASON
The Burton Lady Panther Volleyball Team split their matches on the first day of the 2024 season last (Tuesday) night.
In the first match, Burton defeated Aggieland Home School 3-0. The Lady Panthers won the sets 25-9, 25-13, and 25-17.
In the second match, Burton lost to Franklin 3-1. Franklin won the first set 29-27. Burton won the second set 25-15 to tie the match at 1-1. However, Franklin came back to take the final two sets 25-22 and 25-23.
Next up, the Lady Panthers will be taking part in the Columbus Tournament, which runs Thursday thru Saturday.
