135TH BRENHAM MAIFEST SERENADE SUNDAY
The royalty for the 135th Brenham Maifest will be revealed on Sunday at the annual Maifest Serenade.
The announcement of the Junior and Senior Maifest courts, as well as the 2025 Maifest theme and activities, will be at 2 p.m. at The Barnhill Center.
Brenham Maifest Vice President of Marketing Stacey Walters, speaking during Tuesday’s Community Corner on KWHI, says Sunday’s event serves as a kickoff to the Maifest season.
Registration to participate in the Maifest, to be held the first weekend of May, will open at www.brenhammaifest.com after the Serenade.
KWHI will have a live broadcast of the Serenade beginning at 1:45 p.m. on AM 1280, FM 101.7 and kwhi.com.
