11 SENTENCED IN 21ST DISTRICT COURT
Eleven people were sentenced this week after pleading guilty in 21st District Court before Judges John Winkelmann and Carson Campbell.
20-year-old Dylon Coy Serialle of Brenham, sentenced to 7 years in prison for Harassment of a Public Servant, a third degree felony, and two cases of Assault of a Public Servant, a third degree felony.
44-year-old Marcus Dewayne Brisco of Brenham, sentenced to 5 years in prison for Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 2, 1-4 Grams, a third degree felony, and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon, a third degree felony.
35-year-old Brandon Deshaun Patterson of Burton, sentenced to 5 years in prison for Burglary of a Habitation, a second degree felony enhanced to a first degree felony.
28-year-old Quintavius Pi Lar Bell of Brenham, sentenced to 10 years’ deferred adjudication probation for Aggravated Assault Causing Serious Bodily Injury, a second degree felony. Bell was also ordered to perform 100 hours of community service and maintain no contact with the victim and co-defendants.
22-year-old Jamarcus Xaiven Lewis of College Station, sentenced to 6 years’ deferred probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 2, 4-400 Grams, a second degree felony. Lewis was also ordered to pay a $500 fine, perform 100 hours of community service and complete a drug offender education program.
37-year-old Yosry Aly of Houston, sentenced to 4 years’ deferred adjudication probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 2, 1-4 Grams, a third degree felony. Aly must also pay a $1,500 fine, perform 150 hours of community service and complete a drug offender education program.
30-year-old George Thomas Garlesky of Brenham, sentenced to 4 years’ deferred adjudication probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1, Less Than a Gram, and Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 2, Less Than a Gram, both state jail felonies. Garlesky was also fined $1,000 and ordered to perform 100 hours of community service and complete a drug offender education program.
38-year-old Victoria Elizabeth Fordyce of Brenham, sentenced to 3 years’ deferred probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1, 1-4 Grams, a third degree felony. Fordyce must also complete a drug offender education program.
28-year-old Gabriel Paul Hinton of Austin, sentenced to 3 years’ deferred probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1, Less Than a Gram, a state jail felony. Hinton was also ordered to pay a $500 fine, perform 100 hours of community service and complete a drug offender education program.
40-year-old Joshua Daniel Jones of Brenham, sentenced to 3 years’ deferred probation for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, a second degree felony. In addition, Jones was fined $1,000 and must perform 100 hours of community service and complete a drug offender education program. The court also affirmed a family violence finding.
39-year-old William Milton Satchell of Killeen, sentenced to 3 years’ deferred adjudication probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1, Less Than a Gram, a state jail felony. Satchell must also pay a $2,000 fine, perform 100 hours of community service and complete a drug offender education program.
