BRENHAM PLANNING & ZONING TO REVIEW RESIDENTIAL REPLAT REQUEST

The Brenham Planning and Zoning Commission will vote on a residential replat request at its meeting on Monday.

The commission will hear from Amado and Roni Escobar, Jr. and Ken and Pam Hill about a combined 0.705 acres located at 205 Mary Gene Street and 204 McNeese Street.

The property owners wish to replat the property, which is developed with single-family homes, to increase the size of one of the lots.  The proposed lot sizes would be 0.493 acres and 0.212 acres.

City staff recommends approval of the replat request.

The commission will meet Monday at 5:15 p.m. at Brenham City Hall.
