BRENHAM MAN KILLED IN BRYAN SHOOTING

  

A Brenham man was killed this (Monday) morning after a shooting in Bryan.

The Bryan Police Department reports that officers responded around 6:15 a.m. for shots fired at a residence in the 2400 block of Jaguar Drive, on the west side of the city. 

At the scene, police found a male victim, identified as 27-year-old Debrandon Charles of Brenham, who had sustained injury from gunshot wounds. 

Officials attempted to perform life-saving measures on the victim before he was transported to a local hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.

Bryan police say their investigation is active and ongoing.  They currently believe this is an isolated incident. 

Police did not say if any arrests have been made.
