BRENHAM HIGH SCHOOL SENIOR ONE OF 25 STUDENTS NATIONWIDE TO PARTICIPATE IN COLLEGE NETWORK PROGRAM
A Brenham High School senior has earned recognition as one of an exclusive group of students to partake in a nationwide program.
Sadaf Shireen was selected as one of only 25 students across the country to participate in Case Western Reserve University’s STARS (Small-Town and Rural Students) College Network Fly-In Program.
As part of the program, Shireen traveled to Cleveland, Ohio to take part in college admissions workshops and research seminars, as well as to experience campus life at one of the nation’s top R1 universities.
Brenham ISD congratulates Shireen on the recognition, saying, “Her achievement highlights Brenham’s academic excellence and the incredible potential of rural Texas students on a national stage.”
