AUSTIN CO. GRAND JURY INDICTS 18

  

Eighteen people were indicted last week by the Austin County Grand Jury.

33-year-old Janette Rosas, indicted for Injury to a Child/Elderly/Disabled Individual with Intentional Bodily Injury.

33-year-old Donte Hikeem Thomas, for two counts of Theft of Property Less Than $2,500 with Two or More Previous Convictions and for Prohibited Substance or Item in a Correctional or Civil Commitment Facility.

35-year-old James Steven Baker Jr. and 43-year-old Reginald Daniel, both for Evading Arrest/Detention with a Vehicle.

38-year-old Stephanie Lynn Foltermann and 45-year-old Jaime Sanchez Jimenez, both for Driving While Intoxicated with a Child Under 15 Years of Age.

38-year-old Esteban Andres Garcia, for two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance. 

48-year-old Leshaun Pone Curtis, for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Tampering/Fabricating Physical Evidence with Intent to Impair.

58-year-old Carl Edward Campbell, 47-year-old Samiarae Marian Day, 36-year-old Shiwanda Kay Deshay, 39-year-old Myeshia Houston, 63-year-old Charles Ray Josey, 39-year-old Justin Lekeith Manley, 28-year-old Jose Antonio Orellana Melara, 32-year-old Yowy Divanny Peralta, 21-year-old Jerrell Ward and 32-year-old Shawn Michael Wilkinson, all for Possession of a Controlled Substance.
