BRENHAM PD MAKES ARRESTS FOR CRIMINAL TRESPASS, MARIJUANA POSSESSION
Brenham police reported three arrests on Wednesday, including one for criminal trespass and two on possession charges.
At 1 p.m., Detective Bryan Morong, Officer Brayten Rolling and Officer Darrell Nunn initiated a trespassing call in the 1600 block of Lauraine Street. Investigation revealed that 66-year-old Dylan Wayne Flenoy of Brenham was on location, after police say he had been issued a criminal trespass warning. Flenoy was placed into custody and transported to the Washington County Jail, where he was booked in for Criminal Trespass.
At 8 p.m., Sergeant Tiffany Anderson, along with Officers Gabriel Duran, Trinten Rolling and Mateo Guillen, responded to the 200 block of Highway 290 West regarding a complaint. After conducting a probable cause search of the vehicle, police took the driver, 24-year-old Brittney Caraway of Houston, and the passenger, 29-year-old Gabriel Anthony of Kingwood, into custody. Both were booked without incident at the Washington County Jail for Possession of Marijuana Under 2oz., with Caraway being additionally charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 3, Less Than 28 Grams.
