BRENHAM PD REPORTS ARRESTS FOR ONLINE SOLICITATION OF A MINOR, ASSAULT, DWI

  

The Brenham Police Department arrested three people between Saturday and Sunday.

Around 12:45 a.m. Saturday, Officer Stephen Mosley responded to the 1000 block of Lawndale Avenue in reference to a disturbance.  After further investigation, 41-year-old Jess McMullan of Brenham was taken into custody for Assault Family Violence, Interference with an Emergency Request for Assistance, and an active warrant out of the Uvalde Police Department for Larceny.  McMullan was transported to the Washington County Jail.

Trey Andrew Sierra Hamby

Shortly after 2:30 p.m. Sunday, officers reported locating a wanted subject in the 700 block of Parkview Street.  22-year-old Trey Andrew Sierra Hamby of Brenham was located and placed into custody for a Burleson County warrant for Online Solicitation of a Minor.  Hamby was transported to the Washington County Jail and booked in without incident.

Close to 11:15 p.m., Officer Mosley responded to the 900 block of North Park Street in reference to a report of a suspicious vehicle that was stated to be traveling through Brenham at a high rate of speed.  After further investigation, the driver of the vehicle, 27-year-old Ilich Lanza-Rivera of Honduras, was taken into custody.  Rivera was booked at the Washington County Jail for Driving While Intoxicated with an Open Alcohol Container, Driving While License Invalid and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
