CUBETTE VOLLEYBALL DROPS SECOND STRAIGHT DISTRICT GAME TO LAKE CREEK

The Brenham Cubette Volleyball Team fell in district play on Friday night to a tough Lake Creek team.

The #7 ranked Lady Lions won the match in three straight sets by scores of 25-13, 25-15, and 25-18.

The loss drops Brenham to 11-17 overall, and 0-2 in district.

Hannah Bush had seven kills and 10 digs. Maggie Thibodeaux finished with six kills. Logan Hayslip led the defense with 19 digs.

Reese Warmke dished out 12 assists, while Claire Huff added nine assists.

Next up, the Cubettes will return to face the Huntsville Lady Hornets.

First serve is scheduled for 6pm at the Brenham High School Gym.
