TWENTY-FOUR INDICTED BY LATEST WASHINGTON COUNTY GRAND JURY
Twenty-four indictments have been returned by the latest session of the Washington County 21st Grand Jury, which met Tuesday.
Among those indicted is 19-year old Eduardo Alexander Ascencio-Sandoval of Brenham. Sandoval is charged with Sexual Assault of Child, for an offense that allegedly occurred September 9th.
Also indicted were:
58-year old John David Tomczak of Hempstead on a charge of Super Aggravated Sexual Assault of Child.
26-year old Zachary Edward Toner of Brenham for Assault of a Family Member/Impeding Breath or Circulation
18-year old Kirbie Rogers of Brenham on a charge of Injury to a Child.
19-year old Dillian Sweed of Houston, on a charge of Theft Between $2,500 - $30,000.
18-year old Jarred Hubert of Brenham for Burglary of a Building.
34- year old Florence Denice Jackson of Brenham for Tampering with a Witness.
39-year old Glenn Edward Smith, Jr. of Brenham for Tampering with Physical Evidence.
25-year old Kassandra Love of Brenham, on a charge of Forgery.
54-year old, Arcadio Castillo-Ruiz of Houston for Third Offense Driving While Intoxicated.
38-year Shawn Patrick Obrien of Carmine for Third Offense Driving While Intoxicated.
47-year old John D. Johnson, III of New Ulm, of two charges: Possession of Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Firearm by Felon.
45-year old Chadd Duane Medford of Brenham for Manufacture or Delivery of a Controlled Substance in a Drug Free Zone.
24-year old, Rebecca Mariel Guilfoyle of Houston for Possession of Controlled Substance.
37-year old Sheppard Blaine Martin of Brenham for Possession of Controlled Substance.
No-Billed by the Grand Jury was 31-year old Cody Hanath of Brenham. Hanath had been accused of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.
Several people who were previously indicted have since been arrested, including:
28-year old Shawn Thomas Sullivan of Brenham for Delivery of Marijuana, Possession of Marijuana and Money Laundering $2,500 - $30,000.
20-year old Matthew Colin Decuir of Brenham for Delivery of Marijuana and Possession of Controlled Substance.
