BIDS TRUSTEES TO HOLD ‘VIRTUAL’ MEETING MONDAY
The Brenham School Board will once-again hold a special virtual meeting when they meet this Monday at noon.
The agenda includes:
A Superintendent’s update with Dr. Walter Jackson.
Discussion and possible vote on a resolution regarding a possible revision to local benefits and compensation during the Covid emergency, for the remainder of the 2019-2020 school year. Board member Lance Weatherby will make the presentation to the board.
And an executive session has also been scheduled.
There is no item on the agenda addressing the possible resumption of the school lunch program. The program was temporarily halted amid concerns an employee could have the coronavirus—which turned out to be false.
Such an item could be addressed on the Superintendent’s Update.
The meeting will begin at 12:00 noon. Anyone who wishes to address the board must submit their comments to https://bit.ly/bisd-comments-41320 Monday between 11:15 and 11:45 a.m. to be included in this meeting.
