CRIME STOPPERS OFFERING $5,000 FOR INFO ON ARMED ROBBERY TUESDAY IN BRENHAM

  

Washington County Crime Stoppers is now offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of the suspect in Tuesday’s armed robbery just outside of downtown Brenham.

Just before 5:30 a.m. Tuesday morning, Brenham police were called to the 600 block of East Main Street for a report of an aggravated robbery.

According to police, the victim was held at gunpoint by a suspect, who fled the scene with the victim’s vehicle.  Authorities later recovered the vehicle unoccupied near the scene.

The suspect was described as an unknown male wearing all black with a mask over his face.
