CALDWELL HIGH SCHOOL NAMES NEW HEAD VOLLEYBALL COACH

Caldwell High School has found someone to take over their volleyball program.  Coaching veteran Troy Errington was named as the new Head Volleyball Coach and Assistant Athletic Director during the Caldwell ISD Board of Trustees meeting on Monday night.

Errington comes to Caldwell from Cleveland Tarkington High School where he had been serving as Head Volleyball Coach and Girls Athletic Coordinator since 2019.

Prior to that, he had been the Head Volleyball Coach at Boerne, where he led them to the Region Finals in 2003, and the State Semi-finals in 2004.

Errington later become the Head Volleyball coach at Boerne Champion High School.  He guided them to the Regional Finals in 2012 and 2018.

Errington has over 600 wins in his career and was inducted into the Boerne ISD Hall of Honor.

He will be joined by his wife, Krista, who will teach English at Caldwell High School.
