WASHINGTON CO. WILDLIFE SOCIETY TO HOST ANNUAL SUMMER MEETING, DINNER AUG. 25

  

The Washington County Wildlife Society is getting ready to hold its annual summer meeting and dinner. 

The event is set for Friday, August 25th at the Washington County Expo Event Center.  The evening will begin with socializing at 5:30 p.m., followed by a chicken and beef fajita dinner at 6:15 p.m. and a program at 7 p.m.

The featured speaker will be Texas Parks & Wildlife Department Big Game Program Director Alan Cain.  Cain will share information on chronic wasting disease and its effect on the deer population in Texas.

Meal tickets are $15 each.
