WASHINGTON CO. FAIR TO HOST VOLUNTEER APPRECIATION NIGHT SATURDAY
Fair season in Washington County is approaching soon, and tomorrow (Saturday) will serve as the unofficial kick-off to festivities.
The Washington County Fair’s Volunteer Appreciation Night will be held from 7:30 to 11 p.m. at Silver Wings Ballroom, recognizing the work that volunteers put in to organize the fair every year.
Food and drinks will be served, and entertainment will be provided by the Risky Liver Band. There will also be door prize giveaways.
In addition, the Washington County Fair Association will reveal this year’s music lineup and the four fair queen candidates.
Season tickets for the fair will go on sale tomorrow night. They can be purchased from the candidates themselves or online at www.washingtoncofair.com.
The event is open to all current volunteers at the fair. RSVP forms can be found on the fair’s website.
KWHI and KTEX-106 will be at the Volunteer Appreciation Night.
