12 PEOPLE PLEAD GUILTY IN DISTRICT COURT

  

12 people plead guilty in District Court this week and were sentenced by Judge Carson Campbell.

Fletcher Anthony Williams, 55 of Brenham, was sentenced to 11 years in prison for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Evading Arrest with a Vehicle.

Richard Allen Mann, 51 of Hewitt, Texas, was sentenced to 8 years in prison for Driving While Intoxicated, 3 or More Offences.

Jon Mitchell Redding, 42 of Seabrook, was sentenced to 4 years in prison for Credit or Debit Card Abuse.  He was also ordered to pay $173 in restitution.

Charles Edward Bartley, 33 of Brenham, was sentenced to 3 years in prison for Driving While Intoxicated, 3 or More Offences.  He was also convicted of 3 counts of Assault Causing Bodily Injury to a Family Member and given time served in the Washington County Jail.

Joshua Stevens, 44 of Texas City, after a hearing, had his probation adjudicated and was sentenced to 10 months in State Jail.

Luis Alberto Avalos Manzano, 44 of Brenham, had his probation adjudicated and sentenced to 8 years’ probation for Evading Arrest with a Vehicle.  He was also ordered to pay a $360 fine and perform 200 hours of community service.

Lisa Margaret Smith Morales, 40 of San Antonio, was sentenced to 5 years’ probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance.  She was also ordered to pay a $1000 fine and perform 200 hours of community service.

Waymond Oneil Watkins, 20 of Brenham, was sentenced to 8 years deferred adjudication probation for Attempted Indecency with Child-Sexual Contact.  He was also ordered to pay a $500 fine, perform 200 hours of community service, have no contact with anyone 17 years of age or younger, and register as a sex offender for 10 years.

Carlos Rafael Martinez Herrera, 28 of Houston, was sentenced to 7 years deferred adjudication probation for 2 counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance.  He was also ordered to pay a $750 fine, and perform 150 hours of community service.

Eric Rios, 29 of Humble, was sentenced to 4 years deferred adjudication probation for Theft of Property between $30,000 and $150,000.  He was also ordered to pay a $500 fine and perform 100 hours of community service.

Franco Ricardo Rivera, 48 of Washington, was sentenced to 6 years deferred adjudication probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance. He was also ordered to pay a $3000 fine, and perform 150 hours of community service. 

Jerry Restrepo, 20 of Houston, was sentenced to 5 years deferred adjudication probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance.  He was also ordered to pay a $500 fine and perform 100 hours of  community service.
