SOMERVILLE YEGUAS NAMED TEXAS FOOTBALL’S CLASS 2A TEAM OF THE WEEK
Coming off their big 42-41 overtime victory over the Burton Panthers last week, the Somerville Yeguas have received a big honor.
They have been named by Dave Campbell’s Texas Football as the Class 2A Team of the Week.
Somerville is 5-1 overall this season, and currently 3-0 in district.
The Yeguas are tied with Granger for first place, and it just so happens that they’ll hosting the Lions in their annual Homecoming Game this Friday night at 7pm.
