THREE AUSTIN CO. MURDER SUSPECTS INDICTED

  

Three suspects who were arrested in September on murder charges have been indicted by the Austin County Grand Jury.

18-year-old Michael Frank Ford, 17-year-old William Bradley LaRoche and 25-year-old Curtis Earl Mosley Jr. have each been indicted for Murder, Collision Involving Death, and Tampering/Fabricating Physical Evidence with Intent to Impair a Human Corpse.

The charges stem from the investigation into the theft of a tractor that occurred on September 16th on FM 1094, near Cat Spring

According to the Austin County Sheriff’s Office, the three are accused of participating in the tractor theft that led to the death of 20-year-old Chase Dorman, who was also alleged to have been participating in the theft.  Witnesses told the sheriff’s office that immediately after the tractor was stolen, it was stopped to adjust the gears/transmission, at which time the tractor ran over Dorman.

Others indicted during last week’s Grand Jury session include:

28-year-old Denzell Andreau Perry, for Deadly Conduct – Discharge of a Firearm and Aggravated Kidnapping – Terrorize.

69-year-old Michael Harold McNeely, for Intoxication Assault with a Vehicle Causing Serious Bodily Injury.

58-year-old Michele Rene Bryan, for Evading Arrest/Detention with a Vehicle.

44-year-old Jeremy Craig Skaggs, for Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance.

38-year-old Merced Moises Chavez-Avila, 43-year-old Renald James Pryce and 37-year-old Keith Michael Reese, all for Possession of a Controlled Substance.
