LIFETIME LEARNING TO HOST PRESENTATION ON NEURO-ECONOMICS, EMOTION’S ROLE IN DECISION-MAKING
Lifetime Learning Brenham’s next lunchtime program will discuss how the environment of previous generations has changed society’s neurobiological roots, which influence behaviors today.
Dr. Marco Palma will speak on Friday, March 28th from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Cannery Kitchen in Brenham, 314 East Alamo Street.
Dr. Palma is a professor in the Department of Agricultural Economics at Texas A&M University and Director of the Human Behavior Laboratory. His presentation will explore recent advances in neuro-economics and its fundamental role in understanding decision-making, particularly how the emotional brain influences consumer behavior.
Entry to the program is $25 per person, which includes lunch. Registration is due by Friday at www.lifetimelearningbrenham.org.
