KRUSE VILLAGE RECEIVES NATIONAL ‘COMMITMENT TO QUALITY’ AWARD
Kruse Village in Brenham has been recognized as a 2025 recipient of the Bronze – Commitment to Quality Award.
The award is presented by the American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL), honoring skilled nursing facilities and assisted living communities for their commitment to improving the lives of their residents with quality care and services.
Kruse Village Executive Director Megan Burch says, “Providing our residents and their families with the best possible care and services we can is what we live for, and we’re thankful that goal is being achieved.”
Kruse Village, managed by Health Dimensions Group, is one of only 10 Texas-based communities that received the Bronze Award this year.
Providers begin the quality improvement process at the Bronze level, where they develop an organizational profile with performance elements such as vision, mission statement, understanding of key customers, and key strengths and challenges. Bronze applicants must also demonstrate their ability to implement a sustainable performance improvement system.
Cliff Porter, president and CEO of AHCA/NCAL, said Kruse Village’s “commitment to continuous improvement and resident-centered care reflects the heart of our mission and lays a strong foundation for future excellence.”
