BURTON ISD TO HOST “CHILLING WITH OUR CHAMPIONS”

Burton ISD is inviting the public to join them as they celebrate the  accomplishments of their student-athletes during a special event that is being called, “Chilling with Our Champions.”

The celebration is for the State Championship Baseball Team, as well as Eli Simank and Kayden Patterson, who won State Championships in Track.

It is going to be held on Monday night at 6:30 pm at the Burton Cotton Gin Pavilion.

According to Burton ISD Superintendent Vikki Curry, the event will be an opportunity to recognize the dedication, hard work, perseverance, and success of the incredible students who have represented Burton ISD with pride throughout the year.

She added that their accomplishments both on and off the field reflect the spirit, determination, and excellence of the district and the community.

In addition to the student-athletes, they also plan to honor the coaches, families, and supporters who helped make this past season memorable.
