Last week, the Texas Pharmacy Association (TPA) swore in seven new board members, including Kendra Korthauer of Brenham, who is serving as technician director on the board.
Korthauer is the store manager at Norman’s Pharmacy. According to her LinkedIn, she has worked at Norman’s for 26 years, and she also serves as the co-chair for the Pharmacists United for Truth & Transparency (PUTT) Action Network.
The TPA serves members practicing in all areas of pharmacy, including community, hospitals, long-term care facilities, education, manufacturing and distribution. It says it aims to be an effective and strong voice for all Texas pharmacy professionals in advocacy, continuing education and practice innovation by empowering today’s pharmacists to be effective health care advisors.
Korthauer’s term on the TPA board runs through 2028.
