BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS TO HEAR SOUTH MARKET STREET ORDINANCE VARIANCE REQUEST

  

The City Of Brenham Board of Adjustments will meet Monday afternoon at 5:15 to conduct a public hearing on several Zoning Ordinance Request, the first one being a request from the requirement for a buffer yard between different types of uses for the properties in the Clinton Street Addition, which includes different properties on Market St.

Those properties include 401 and 404 Market Street Property, 405 and 411 S Market Street Property, and 413 and 415 S. Market Street Property.

Another public hearing will be held for a zoning variance in the Clinton Street Addition at the 401 and 404 S Market Street addresses for Lot N PT 10A and 11A, Lot E 10A at 405 and 415 S Market, and Lot 9A at 413 and 415 S Market.

Discussion will also be held on a request for a special exception from a City of Brenham Zoning Ordinance which requires parking spaces to be all-weathered surfaced for a property located at 394 Tison Street, Lot 1 Block 13 in the Atlow 4th Addition.

The Board of Adjustments meets on the second floor of City Hall Council Chambers at 200 W Vulcan.
