DEADLINE FRIDAY TO TURN IN KWHI HALLOWEEN PARTY CARDS

  

With the scariest time of the year right around the corner, time is running out to turn in your KWHI Halloween Party entry cards.

KWHI’s annual on-the-radio Halloween Party gets started at 7 p.m. Saturday night on AM 1280 and FM 101.7, with more than 50 prizes available this year.  Entry cards need to be filled out and turned in no later than 5 p.m. on Friday.

Entry cards are available on kwhi.com, where families can either print out the card and return it to the KWHI offices at 223 East Main Street in downtown Brenham, or enter in online.  They are also available through the Peach Jar portal on Brenham school websites.  Burton schools, along with others, and daycares will also have printed cards available.

After a safe night of trick-or-treating, families can tune in Halloween night to hear special spooky guest DJ’s calling kids and awarding prizes.

Some of the great prizes available this year include a Lego Mars Research Shuttle from Brenham Family Dental, a Super Soft Mermaid Tail Snuggle Blanket from T-3 Truck and Trailer, and the grand prize bicycle from Brenham Tire and Auto.  KWHI will also be giving away prizes like tickets to the Texas Renaissance Festival, Moody Gardens in Galveston, Natural Bridge Caverns and Silver Wings Ballroom Skating.

Entry cards also have valuable coupons to places like Horseshoe Junction, Whataburger, Pioneer Smokehouse and Mercantile, Bush’s Chicken, Applebee’s, and Burger King.
