LOCAL YOUTH INVITED TO BECOME FUTURE CUBS
Brenham ISD is inviting local youth to become a “Future Cub” for the new school year.
The Future Cubs program, open to youth through the 6th grade, gets kids free entry to home games for all fall sports, and a Future Cubs t-shirt with their name on the back. Future Cubs can also share the field with varsity Cubs during the National Anthem, as well as participate in the Homecoming Parade.
Registration forms will be available at all local schools, and online at www.gobrenham.com. Registration is $20, which begins August 13th at the Brenham Early Childhood Learning Center from 4 to 6 p.m.
There will also be registration on the 13th from 5 to 7 p.m., at Alton, Krause and Brenham Elementary Schools. In addition, there will be registration on August 14th at Brenham Middle School from 4 to 6 p.m.
T-shirts can be picked up at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, August 22 at Cub Stadium. Future Cubs are encouraged to attend and participate in the “Meet the Cubs” event at 7 p.m., also at Cub Stadium.
