MOST WANTED SEX OFFENDER CAPTURED
A member of the DPS’ “10 Most Wanted Sex Offenders” list, who has local ties, has been captured.

28-year old Ezekiel O’Neal Harris was captured Tuesday at an apartment complex in Ennis.
In 2004 Harris was convicted in Washington County on a charge of Sexual Assault of a 12-year old girl.
Harris was placed on 10 years probation, but was sent to prison after failing to register as a sex offender.
He was paroled in 2013 and moved to Bryan but again, failed to register as a sex offender.
DPS officials say tip from the public led them to Harris’ whereabouts. The person gave authorities the tip received a $3,000 reward.
